SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

SERISSA currently ships exclusively within the United States.

We currently deliver to:

· The 48 contiguous United States

· Alaska

· Hawaii

· Washington, D.C.

At this time, we do not ship to:

· Canada

· Mexico

· Europe

· Asia

· Australia

· South America

· Africa

· International military mail destinations

· Any other international location

Orders placed with non-U.S. shipping addresses may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within:

1–3 business days

after payment has been successfully authorized and verified.

Processing time refers to the time required to:

· Verify payment information

· Review orders for fraud prevention

· Prepare products for shipment

· Transfer orders to fulfillment partners

· Generate shipping documentation

Business days do not include:

· Saturdays

· Sundays

· Federal holidays

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's system.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may occasionally experience delays.


SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout prior to payment.

Any free shipping promotions will be subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer.

SERISSA reserves the right to modify shipping rates and promotional shipping offers at any time.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Please carefully verify:

· Street address

· Apartment or suite number

· City

· State

· ZIP code

SERISSA is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

· Incorrect addresses

· Incomplete addresses

· Missing apartment numbers

· Customer-entered errors

If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.


ADDRESS CHANGES

Once an order enters processing, address changes may not be possible.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.


UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES

If a package is:

· Refused by the recipient

· Returned as undeliverable

· Returned due to incorrect address information

SERISSA may deduct:

· Original shipping costs

· Return shipping costs

· Carrier handling fees

from any eligible refund.


LOST PACKAGES

A package may be considered lost if tracking shows no movement for an extended period or if the carrier confirms loss during transit.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us within 14 days of the last tracking update.

We may:

· Investigate with the carrier

· Request additional information

· Offer a replacement or refund when appropriate

Resolution of lost package claims may require carrier investigation and verification.


DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

· Checking around your property

· Contacting household members

· Checking with neighbors

· Contacting the carrier directly

SERISSA is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.

However, we may assist customers in filing carrier claims when available.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with the investigation, please provide:

· Order number

· Photographs of the damaged product

· Photographs of the shipping box

· Photographs of packaging materials

Failure to report shipping damage within 7 days may limit available remedies.


PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

In certain situations, items within an order may ship separately.

When this occurs:

· Additional shipping charges will not be incurred

· Multiple tracking numbers may be provided

Orders are considered fulfilled once all items have been delivered.


SHIPPING DELAYS

SERISSA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

· Severe weather

· Natural disasters

· Carrier disruptions

· Transportation interruptions

· Labor shortages

· Customs or governmental actions

· Public emergencies

· Supply chain disruptions

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or compensation.


RUG PACKAGING NOTICE

To ensure safe transportation and efficient delivery, rugs may be:

· Rolled

· Folded

· Compressed

· Vacuum packed

As a result, temporary:

· Creases

· Fold lines

· Compression marks

may be visible when the rug is first unpacked.

These conditions are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Most creases will naturally relax within several days of normal use.


RISK OF LOSS

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery locations are secure and accessible.


FORCE MAJEURE

SERISSA shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

· Natural disasters

· Floods

· Fires

· Severe weather conditions

· Acts of government

· Labor disputes

· Transportation failures

· Power outages

· Internet disruptions

· Public health emergencies 


POLICY CHANGES

SERISSA reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
