SERISSA offers washable rugs, home décor products, and related accessories for personal residential use.

We reserve the right to:

· Limit quantities available for purchase;

· Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

All product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without notice.

3. PRODUCT IMAGES AND COLOR ACCURACY

We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible.

However, actual product appearance may vary due to:

· Device screen settings;

· Display calibration;

· Lighting conditions;

· Manufacturing variations.

Minor differences in color, texture, or appearance shall not be considered defects.

4. PRODUCT DIMENSIONS AND VARIATIONS

Because rugs are textile products, slight variations may occur.

Actual product dimensions may vary by up to approximately 2 inches from listed measurements.

Such variations are considered normal and are not grounds for replacement, refund, or warranty claims.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to:

· Change prices at any time;

· Correct pricing errors;

· Cancel orders resulting from incorrect pricing information.

If an order is canceled due to a pricing error, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

SERISSA reserves the right to:

· Refuse or cancel orders;

· Limit purchase quantities;

· Request additional verification;

· Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

SERISSA currently ships only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders submitted with shipping addresses outside the United States may be canceled at our discretion.

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

8. RUG PACKAGING AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

To ensure safe transportation, rugs may be folded, rolled, compressed, or packaged in a manner that may temporarily create:

· Creases;

· Fold lines;

· Compression marks.

These conditions are normal and typically resolve after placement and use.

Such temporary conditions do not constitute manufacturing defects.

9. CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Customers are responsible for following all product care instructions.

Failure to properly maintain products may result in:

· Premature wear;

· Staining;

· Shrinkage;

· Color fading;

· Product damage.

SERISSA is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, cleaning methods, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions.

10. PET-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS

Certain SERISSA products are marketed as pet-friendly.

"Pet-friendly" means the product is designed to be suitable for homes with pets and may offer easier cleaning and maintenance.

Pet-friendly does not mean:

· Pet-proof;

· Scratch-proof;

· Chew-proof;

· Tear-proof;

· Damage-proof.

Damage caused by pets, including scratching, chewing, digging, clawing, staining, or accidents, is not covered under any warranty, return, or replacement program.

11. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our:

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to those policies.

SERISSA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.

12. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, and special offers:

· May not be combined unless expressly stated;

· May be modified or terminated at any time.

SERISSA reserves the right to cancel promotions resulting from errors, misuse, or abuse.

13. GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards is the responsibility of the purchaser.

· Product images;

· Product descriptions;

· Graphics;

· Videos;

· Text;

· Website design;

· Trademarks;

SERISSA shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

· Severe weather;

· Labor disputes;

· Government actions;

· Transportation disruptions;

· Supply chain interruptions;

· Internet outages. 

21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

The arbitration shall take place in the United States.

Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise required by law.

22. CLASS ACTION WAIVER

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute shall be conducted solely on an individual basis.

You waive any right to participate in:
